Dr. Rosa Quinones-Viera was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
Dr. Quiñones is fully bilingual. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Science, in Biology, and an associate in Medical Technology. Then she graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. She has been practicing in Tampa Bay and surrounding counties for the past 29 years.
Dr. Quiñones likes to take care of her pets 4 dogs and 4 cats and her husband, Ivan in her spare time. She likes to take care of her plants, read medical magazines and watch TV.
